Last Day of First Grade

This is the class party on the last day of school. The first picture is Grace with her friend, Joseph. The next one is her with her friend Abby. Both Joseph and Abby have been sweet friends to Grace this year. She is already hoping they will be in her class next year.

By the way, the little girl in the pics isn't Emma, it is Abby's little sister. She LOVES Grace and stays attached to her whenever they are together. Emma was at the party, but not at all interested in taking pictures. Too many brownies and popsicles to conquer!

Grace's Big Award!

This is Grace with her friend, Ciana, at Awards Day. They tied for first place in AR reading points for their grade. You should have seen Grace's face when she saw the trophy! It may as well have been solid gold!

She also received awards in Music, P.E., and the Love of Learning Award.

Our day at the Wildlife Center

We LOVE this place! The girls love the animals, the lake, and the picnic. I love that its FREE!!

Mini Snowman

We had some snow this year! We actually did build a big snowman outside, but I liked this one better.

Hello From The Jolly Family!

Hello to all! We are all well. School is about to wind down for the summer for Gracie. I can't tell who's more excited, her or Emma. Both of the girls are doing great. Grace loves school so much. When she isn't at school, she's either playing school with Emma, or reading! Emma is growing so fast right now. Actually, she does pretty much everything really fast. That's kind of her purpose in life at this point - to go really fast and wear me out!

Church keeps us really busy. We are getting ready for our first HVBC Spencer County Campus Vacation Bible School in less than a month. I'll let you know how it goes.
